SKAL World Congress meet today
The four-day 78th SKAL World Congress will begin on Friday at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Madhapur and concludes on October 9.
Hyderabad: The four-day 78th SKAL World Congress will begin on Friday at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Madhapur and concludes on October 9.
Vijay Mohan Raj, SKAL Hyderabad Chapter President and local organising committee Chairman, said that the SKAL Congress is being organised in partnership with Telangana Tourism Department and Union Ministry of Tourism. The SKAL Congress is an excellent opportunity to showcase Hyderabad and other important tourist spots in the State, he added.
Deputy Chief Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali, who will be the chief guest, will inaugurate the four-day conference. The State Tourism Secretary B Venkatesham will be the guest of honour. The theme of the Congress is “Together We Can”. As many as 600 delegates from 85 countries are expected to participate in the global meet.
The Congress will stage the SKAL International Exhibition in association with UBM India Pvt Ltd. The Tourism Departments of all States, including Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Union Tourism Ministry, Tour and Travel Operators will showcase their offerings in the exhibition.
