Man's decomposed body found after a month of his death in Hyderabad
A 75-year-old man’s decomposed body was found in an apartment at Sai Maruti Residency in Rocktown area of Hyderabad on Friday. According to the police, he is suspected to have died over a month back after an accidental fall suffering from fatal head injuries.

The deceased, Lakshminarayana Murthy lived alone in a top floor flat which had a central locking system.
The incident came to light after his wife and two daughters returned from the US two days ago as they didn’t receive any response even after a month. Upon breaking open the door, they found his body in a highly decomposed state.
Hailing from Rajamahendravaram in Andhra Pradesh, Mr Murthy was a retired government employee. He is suspected to have died on August 18 after the fall and with all the windows and doors closed, the residents in the building didn’t get any foul smell.
