Job cry by differently-abled
The candidates who qualified under the differently-abled category for backlog posts a year ago, are still waiting for appointment letters.
Hyderabad: The candidates who qualified under the differently-abled category for backlog posts a year ago, are still waiting for appointment letters.
According to the notification number A/SRD/1268/2015-2016 all the differently- abled people had applied for the posts like Lab Attenders, junior assistants, sweepers, attenders, watchmen, cooking and first-aid post.
The candidates had attended the counselling on August 24, 2017, all the certificates had been verified on March 28 and medical test on May 17, but the joining orders are still pending.
C Rajeshwari said, “I am blind, all hopes are on this job. I have cleared all the tests it has been more than four months since I have been waiting for the job.”
K Kanna lal said, “I left my previous job three months back after completing my counselling, waiting for this job. At present I do not have any job, we are continuously asking the higher authorities about the issue but no one is giving any response.”
Mohamad Saleem said, “I am deaf and dumb and the officials are not informing anything regarding the jobs. We are roaming from pillar to post for the jobs, last time when we met the officials they said in a week we will complete the formalities.”
Addressing the issue, an official of Disabled Welfare said, “We have given all the details to the Collector she said she would look into the matter soon.”
