Aarogyasiri booklet for SCCL workers released
The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) General Manager (CDN) B Kishan Rao on Tuesday released the book Aarogyasiri at Singareni Bhavan. The book will be distributed among 54,000 employees of SCCL.
Hyderabad: The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) General Manager (CDN) B Kishan Rao on Tuesday released the book Aarogyasiri at Singareni Bhavan. The book will be distributed among 54,000 employees of SCCL.
The booklet was brought out by the Health Department on the advice of Singareni Seva Samiti. The SCCL Chairman-cum-Managing Director N Sridhar desired that the workers read the booklet and lead a healthy life by keeping diseases at bay.
The booklet, consisting of four chapters, explains some important diseases and natural remedies to cure them with food habits.
Nutritional value of fruits and vegetables, lifestyle changes to check diseases like BP, thyroid, diabetes and other diseases.
General Managers of various coal mining areas of SCCL, Ch Narsimha Rao, V Vijayapal Reddy and W Vijay Babu and Singareni Seva Samiti incharge officer K Bhuma Reddy and deputy manager D Venkatesam and others participated.
