Hyderabad : Congress MLA A. Sampath Kumar has alleged that the Telangana Government was not propertly implementing the Rule of Reservation in taking up recruitments for various departments.

He said Telangana State was achieved due to the struggle by jobless youth. However, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has failed to provide them jobs. He said so far 109 Circle Inspectors and DSPs were promoted, but the Sub-Inspectors were still waiting for promotions. He also alleged political interference in recruitments and promotions in all the departments.

Sampath Kumar also condemned criticism on TPCC President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy by TRS leaders. Stating that even 50 KCRs could not fight one Uttam Kumar Reddy, he said that the TPCC president has been effectively countering anti-people policies of TRS Government.
