TRS MP urges SCR GM to speed up works
The Member of Parliament (MP) A P Jithender Reddy (Mahbubnagar Constituency) along with seven MLAs of the Parliamentary Constituency called on the General Manager, South Central Railway (SCR) Vinod Kumar Yadav on Saturday. The peoples’ representatives expressed their pleasure on the ongoing railway works and requested the General Manager to speed up the works.
Secunderabad: The Member of Parliament (MP) A P Jithender Reddy (Mahbubnagar Constituency) along with seven MLAs of the Parliamentary Constituency called on the General Manager, South Central Railway (SCR) Vinod Kumar Yadav on Saturday. The peoples’ representatives expressed their pleasure on the ongoing railway works and requested the General Manager to speed up the works.
The MP requested for the start of doubling work from Falaknuma and Mahbubnagar. Presently, work is in progress between Balanagar and Rajapur railway stations. Further, he also requested to speed up Vikarabad – Krishna, Gadwal – Raichur and Jadcherla – Nandyal sections. It is learnt that the General Manager was positive to the suggestions.
The works that came up for discussion included construction of 40 ft CC road from Railway Station X roads to graveyard at 39 Ward (Saddalgundu), CC road from New Mothinagar to Old Mothinagar up to FCI Godown, Foot over bridge at Mothinagar (upgradation), new railway halts at Divitipally, Yenugonda, Appannapally, construction of RUB at Yenugonda, toilets at Yenugonda and Mahbubnagar and CC roads at 35 and 36 wards.
