Hyderabad: Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) on Tuesday clarified that the rumours about High Court denying permission for proposed Koluvulakai Kotlata on October 31 are not true.
TJAC leader Prof M Kodandaram said an unemployed youth had filed a petition in the court for permission to attend Koluvulakai Kotlata.
The JAC leader said the court clearly said there was no need to seek permission for attending the meeting and hence the petition was struck down.
As far as the permission is concerned, the court has asked the petitioner to approach police and come back if the authorities deny permission, JAC leader said.
