The Telangana Government on Saturday constituted a committee to examine the crisis in Emu Birds farming in the State.
Hyderabad : The Telangana Government on Saturday constituted a committee to examine the crisis in Emu Birds farming in the State.
The Committed will be headed by Special Chief Secretary of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development Fisheries Department. The other members include State Level Banker's Committee Convenor, NABARD Chief General Manager, Representatives from IOB, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India and Andhra Bank and also a representative from Reserve Bank of India.
The Director of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Department will be the Member-Convenor.
The committee will suggest measures to take the Emu Farming business out of crisis.
