TJAC petition to come up for hearing today
The High Court at Hyderabad has posted the petition filed by T JAC, seeking a direction to the police to grant permission for Koluvalakai Kotlata (struggle for jobs), to Tuesday for hearing. The rally is also scheduled to be held on Tuesday.

It may be recalled that two separate cases were filed by T JAC Chairman Prof M Kodandaram and T JAC co-convenor Chalma Reddy, seeking a direction to the police to grant permission for the meeting to be held at either Nizam College grounds, Saroornagar Indoor Stadium, vacant space between LB Nagar-Nagole stretch or NTR Garden near Indira Park.
Justice S V Bhatt, while hearing these petitions on last Thursday, directed the police to submit their stand on the request made by the petitioners by the next date of hearing on October 30.
Since the judge was on leave on Monday, the counsel for the petitioner B Rachna Reddy made a mention before the in-charge judge Justice A V Sesha Sai, who agreed to hear the matter on Tuesday.
