‘Open Challenge’ the annual Inter-School Athletic Meet, is one such event to showcase the bodily kinesthetic intelligence of children and in the process teach them team spirit and sportsmanship. This year the event witnessed about twenty premium schools taking part like Chirec, JHPS, DSE, Obul Reddy, Phoenix Greens to name a few.
Guests who graced the occasion were M.M.Yousuf, Chairman Telangana Chamber of Trade And Industries Promotion And Export Promotion, Rahul Alwal, IPS, and Dr.Sundeep Chakravarthy IPS. The Glendale Atheltes won medals in the following order: Gold - 8, Silver - 16 and Bronze - 3 across the various categories- 200 mtr, 400mtr, 600 mtr, 800 mtr Sprint, Relay race, Long jump and Shot put.
