Etela Rajender offers clarification to Opposition over SC Categorisation
The categorization issue of SC has become the subject of dispute in Telangana Assembly today. Congress leader Jana Reddy alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has not taken up the issue of SC categorization before Prime Minister Narendra Modi despite his promise and also no clarification has been given yet in this regard.

The Congress leader even announced to walk out from the Assembly session.
Responding on the same, state Finance Minister Etela Rajender questioned Congress party’s 10 years governance earlier and why the issue was not taken up then.
Stating that the Chief Minister has brought the subject to PM Modi’s notice, he said that the all-party meeting was canceled due to some hurdle from PMO.
He further said that the matter would be taken up with the Centre and all-party delegation would be sent to Delhi to hold talks with the PM once again regarding the SC Categorisation.
