He stated that the Chief Minister should spend funds on rescuing cotton farmers instead of utilizing the funds on constructing new Secretariat.
Urging to focus on the plight of the farmers in the state, Kancha Ilaiah said that he is planning to meet cotton farmers in Warangal.
