A woman Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS) activist succumbed to death while staging a dharna at Hyderabad Collectorate today.
The woman, Bharathi along with several others were staging protests for SC categorization. The protestors were being lifted by police when she suddenly fell down.
She was immediately shifted to nearby Osmania General Hospital in a police jeep and the doctors stated that she died of heart attack.
The incident has caused an uproar at the Hyderabad Collectorate as well as OGH.
