A Public Interest Litigation case filed by YSRCP Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy seeking CBI probe into the scam has been admitted by the Supreme Court.

In his petition, the YSRCP MLA alleged that the Telangana ACB is not conducting the probe in a satisfactory manner and urged the SC to order that the case be handed over to CBI.

The three-member bench led by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra has decided to take up the PIL and will be tagged with the main petition.

In the earlier petition, it was appealed that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu should be taken as an accused in the case.
