Several real estate companies including a large number of developers, are gearing up to showcase their projects at the HMTV Property Expo which will get underway in the city on Saturday. The expo is open for public for two days on November 11 and 12.

Hyderabad: Several real estate companies including a large number of developers, are gearing up to showcase their projects at the HMTV Property Expo which will get underway in the city on Saturday. The expo is open for public for two days on November 11 and 12.

The mega event put together by HMTV, a leading Telugu news channel and sister concern of The Hans India, is expected to be one-stop platform for people looking to buy new properties including apartments, open plots, villas, luxury homes, etc.

To be held at Cyber City Convention near Hitex in Hitech City, the expo will also have housing finance companies and banks including SBI showcasing their attractive home loan offerings. Companies from other allied sectors will also take part in the expo which will be open for public from 10 am to 8 pm on both the days i.e. on November 11 and 12.

Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited, a leading construction company from Hyderabad, is the main sponsor of the expo. Established 21 years ago in 1996, Aparna pioneered the concept of gated community in the city.

Real estate majors Manjeera Constructions and Aditya Construction Company are the co-sponsors for the exposition which is powered by Axon Housing Solutions Ltd, The Hans India and Kapil Properties.

Other major participants include Cybercity Builders & Developers Private Limited, NorthStar Homes, GoldStone Infra, SMR Holdings, NCC Infra, Fortune Butterfly City, RV Nirmaan Private Limited, Giridhari Homes, Rajapuspha Properties Private Limited and SBI Home Loans.

A large number of people are expected to visit the property expo. Organisers are also offering visitors a chance to win gold coins under ‘Walk-In & Win Gold Coins’ initiative supported by Manepally Jewellers.
