The deceased, Kalyan Chakravarthy was pursuing his MBA in Canada for the last two years.
The mishap occurred when the car he was traveling in was hit by a truck from the opposite direction.
He was immediately taken to the nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
The family members of Kalyan are appealing the Telangana government to make arrangements for the return of his body.
