Osmania professor receives National Integration Award
Prof K Stevenson, Head, Department of Communication and Journalism, and Public Relations Advisor, Osmania University, received the National Integration Award here at the Press Club, Basheerbagh on Thursday.
Hyderabad: Prof K Stevenson, Head, Department of Communication and Journalism, and Public Relations Advisor, Osmania University, received the National Integration Award here at the Press Club, Basheerbagh on Thursday.
The award was presented by Prof Khaja Altaf Hussain, MG University Vice-Chancellor who was the chief guest at the function marking the National Integration Day on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Others who were presented the awards include: Dr Ravi Teja Chauhan, Uzma Ansari, and Jaswanth Kaur.
Subedar Amir Ali Khan of Global Peace Foundation (AGF) instituted these awards. AGF founder president Farook Ali Khan, former Vice-Chancellor Prof G Bhagya Narayan, Anees Siddiqui (All India Muslim Think Tank, Telangana), G Sathyanarayana (senior advocate) and Silveri Srisailam (editor, Probe Times) graced the occasion.
