Hyderabad: The Water Tanker Owners’ Association (WTOA) would go on an indefinite strike from November 27 for non-renewal of their licences to run water tanker trips by the management of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board. WTOA general secretary Akbar Hussain said though the association was requesting the HMWS&SB management to renew the tankers licences for several days, the response had been lukewarm from the management forcing the association to go for an indefinite strike from Monday.
