The lowest minimum temperature of eight degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad. The other night temperatures across the State were: Medak 13, Bhadrachalam, Khammam and Nizamabad 15 each, Ramagundam and Hakimpet 16 each, Hanamkonda and Hyderabad 17 each and Mahbubnagar an Nalgonda 18 each.

According to the bulletin, the low pressure area over the south-west Bay of Bengal and the adjoining equatorial Indian Ocean now lies over the southwest Bay and the adjoining south-east Sri Lanka.

The associated cyclonic circulation extending up to 1.5 km above the mean sea level is persisting. It is likely to emerge into the south-east Arabian Sea and the adjoining Lakshadweep area during the next 48 hours. A fresh low pressure area is likely to develop over the south-east Bay around November 29.
