Hyderabad: Woman pilot S Supriya on Tuesday was on cloud nine as she took control of the inaugural metro rail from Miyapur with no less than the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on board.
Delighted to take the wheels, Supriya, who hails from Nizamabad, said she loved to face challenges and was fortunate to get an opportunity to become the first woman pilot to take control of the inaugural run of Metro Rail. “Women are not inferior in facing challenges. Women delegates compete with their counterparts in the Global Entrepreneurship summit,” she said.
