25 inter-state notorious thieves from eight gangs on Tuesday surrendered themselves in front of West Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Venkateswar Rao.
25 inter-state notorious thieves from eight gangs on Tuesday surrendered themselves in front of West Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Venkateswar Rao.
The group stated that they intend to live a good life in the society and had committed the thefts only to clear some debts.
Previously, at least eight of them had been booked under Preventive Detention (PD) Act and were sent to prison. Later, when they were set free, they, however, again committed thefts.
Various such cases from several states, are still pending against them.
