Hyderabad: Chairman of Indian Railway Board Ashwini Lohani addressed the 92nd Foundation Course at Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana here on Wednesday.
While addressing the Officer Trainees of All India Services and Central Civil Services attending, he narrated his experiences in turning around PSUs, including ITDC and Air India and his vision to revamp Indian Railways.
He emphasised the need to focus on HRM in Government sector and need to provide leadership role at all levels and not merely managerial intervention to achieve turn around. B P Acharya, Special Chief Secretary and Director General, Dr MCR HRD Institute presented him a memento.
