She informed that the contract was renewed in 2014 and finished in 2016 but the employer keeps postponing his return despite completion of the contract.

Upon asking the reason behind the delay, he was learned to be told that in March few patients sued the center for free treatment and until the case is closed, Balaiah couldn’t leave.

She further mentioned that the employer is not paying her husband for the last five months, hence the reason doesn’t clarify.

Pavithra Mallam said that while she has tweeted MEA Sushma Swaraj, the Indian embassy in Riyadh with the Indian embassy seeking details.
