Hyderabad : As a part of Government of India’s “Know India Programme (KIP)”, a delegation of Diaspora youth of Indian origin consisting of 40 members from 9 countries like South Africa, Guayana, Fiji, Mauritius, Malaysia, Mauritius, Isreal etc., visited Metro Rail Bhavan on Thursday and interacted with HMRL Managing Director N.V.S. Reddy. They are all 3rd or 4th generation persons of Indian origin, visiting India for the first time.
Making a power point presentation to them, the MD explained various innovations that have been made in the Hyderabad Metro Rail project, which is the world’s largest Metro Rail project in public private partnership (PPP) mode.
