Hyderabad: TRS MLA Ramulu Naik has ridiculed the claims of Congress of party returning to power in 2019 elections.

Speaking to media persons at Telangana Bhavan on Friday, Ramulu Naik said that the Congress party's hopes of winning Telangana Assembly elections on the line of Punjab would remain a distant dream. He said not only 2019, but the Congress party would not be able to win elections even in 2024. He alleged that the TPCC President Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy was day dreaming of bringing Congress party to power in Telangana.

He said that the TRS Government has fulfilled all the promises that it made with the SCs and STs Communities and various measures were taken for the welfare of both the communities. He said that the SCs and STs had remained neglected during Congress regime.
