The five-day event which was inaugurated by Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu had over 3000 delegates from 42 countries.
The closing ceremony will be held at LB Stadium and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is said to make a crucial announcement in the World Telugu Conference today.
The Presidenr will attend the World Telugu Conference and offer tributes to Buddha statue on Tank Bund on Wednesday morning following which he would return to Delhi.
