Hyderabad woman facing harassment in Saudi, family seek Sushma Swaraj’s help

A woman from Hyderabad is facing brutality by her employer at Abha in Saudi Arabia.

The family of the woman, Nuszath Begum stated that she is being treated as a slave and not provided enough food to survive her living.

The family have approached External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in this regard and are hoping that the matter will be solved as early as possible.

The victim’s husband revealed that an agent had approached them with a hospital job in Saudi Arabia following which his wife took up the job but once they reached Saudi, she was made to work as a housemaid.
