Speaking on the occasion, he said that only Madigas can make it possible to help form or collapse a government.
Slamming the police for arresting Manda Krishna Madiga, the TDP leader called upon the Madigas to decide on SC classification as it is a do or die situation.
Motkupalli Narasimhulu further questioned Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao regarding his resolution passed in Assembly over SC classification while demanding him to do justice to the poor.
However, he was arrested by the police within a few minutes of his Deeksha.
