10-year-old boy drowns in Hyderabad lake

The victim identified as Mohd. Shakir was a Class VI student and had come to visit his relatives when the mishap took place.
The locals hearing the pleas of the boy tried to rescue him but failed to do so.
A case has been registered in this regard and the body has been sent for autopsy at Gandhi Hospital.
