BJP fires fund diversion salvo against Harish
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday alleged that Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao was illegally diverting the funds sanctioned to Patancheru constituency to Siddipet and Gajwel. State Executive Member of BJP C Anji Reddy held a press conference at mandal headquarters in Ramachandrapuram.
Sangareddy: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday alleged that Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao was illegally diverting the funds sanctioned to Patancheru constituency to Siddipet and Gajwel. State Executive Member of BJP C Anji Reddy held a press conference at mandal headquarters in Ramachandrapuram.
The BJP leader said Rs 18.45 crore funds had been sanctioned for mining and sewerage in Patancheru constituency between the year 2001 and 2017 and 30 per cent of the villages in the constituency had not received the funds till date. The public representatives should work for the villages which are deprived of funds, he said.
The BJP leader also alleged that Minister Harish Rao had been diverting the CSR funds of Industrial area of Patancheru and using them for the development of Gajwel and Siddipet constituencies.
