Dry weather to prevail in State
The night temperatures were appreciably below normal ranging from 3.1 to 5 degrees Celsius at a few places in Rayalaseema and at one or two places in coastal Andhra Pradesh during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Sunday. The lowest minimum temperature of 13 degrees Celsius was recorded in Arogyavaram.Â

The other night temperatures recorded in the State were: Visakhapatnam Airport, Anantapur & Tirupati 14 each, Bapatla, Kalingapatnam, Nandigama & Nandyal 15 each, Jangamaheswarapuram & Kadapa 16 each, Vijayawada & Kurnool 17 each, Kavali, Narsapur & Tuni 18 each, Kakinada, Machilipatnam, Ongole & Visakhapatnam 19 each and Nellore 20.
The forecast said dry weather is very likely to prevail in Andhra Pradesh from January 8 to 12. No large change during the subsequent three days is the weather outlook.
