Hyderabad: Information Technology Minister K Taraka Rama Rao on Saturday alleged that the sand mafia took birth during the Congress regime and that the party leaders looted people's money.
Reacting to TPCC President N Uttam Kumar Reddy's criticism against sand mafia, Rama Rao turned tables and said the sand mafia did not take birth now but during the Congress regime.
It may be mentioned here that Uttam criticised the State government and said people have to die under tractors in Golden Telangana State.
