Sampath Kumar denies having differences with Aruna
Congress MLA A. Sampath Kumar on Tuesday denied having any differences with senior MLA DK Aruna.
Hyderabad: Congress MLA A. Sampath Kumar on Tuesday denied having any differences with senior MLA DK Aruna.
Addressing a press conference here, Sampath Kumar said he got elected as MLA only due to DK Aruna. He rubbished the reports that appeared in a section of media stating that he was having differences with Aruna and therefore, would join the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi. He also criticized Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao and accused him of presenting distorted facts. He said both Harish Rao and IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao were fully aware that he would never join TRS.
Sampath Kumar said he was extremely happy in the Congress party and he had no plans, whatsoever to join the TRS anytime in future. He alleged that his political opponents have been spreading rumours and adopting various tactics to weaken him in politics.
