Minister releases poster for Kite & Sweet Festivals

Hyderabad: Tourism Minister Azmeera Chandulal on Thursday released posters for Telangana International Kite Festival 2018 along with first ever International Sweet Festival to be held at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad from 13th to 15th January.

Speaking on the occasion, Tourism Secretary B. Venkatesham informed that nearly three lakh people are like to participate in the Kite and Sweets festivals. He said 1,000 varieties of sweets, including 15 from foreign countries and 25 from other States of India, would be available for sale in the sweets festival. Similarly, 50 famous kite flyers are expected to participate in the Kite Festival.
