He said that the concept would be replicated in many general constituencies across Telangana State. He said that all Congress workers would be given due importance and everyone will have a say in the party's affairs. He said that the all the workers and leaders would work unitedly in complete coordination to win the next elections.

Uttam Kumar Reddy announced that the Congress party would launch the proposed bus yatra in the month of February. It is proposed to cover all 119 Assembly segments by covering 3-4 constituencies each day. After the first phase, the bus yatra may be halted for budget session of Legislative Assembly and Council and it would be resumed immediately after the session. He also announced that Congress president Rahul Gandhi may address public meetings at one or two locations during the bus yatra. A massive public meeting will also be held on June 2, the fourth Telangana Formation Day, to expose the failures of TRS Government.

Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged that the TRS has shattered the original dream of Telangana and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and his family members took the new State into hostage. He said that KCR Rule has put the democracy in danger and the entire administration now revolves around KCR, his son KTR, daughter Kavitha and nephew Harish Rao. He said Mission Bhagaritha and Mission Kakatiya have proved to be major tools of corruption for TRS leadership and hundreds of crores of public money have been swindled by KCR family.

The TPCC chief said that the Congress party would expose the inefficiency, corruption and failures of TRS Government to deliver on its promises. He said all sections of society have been extending their support to the Congress party and it was all set to win elections in 2019 or even early polls.
