Hyderabad: A Vijaya Sarada Reddy had created a new Guinness World Record on Monday by conducting “Largest Mindfulness Lesson” for 400 participants at one location in HITS College, Hyderabad. She is the Secretary of Holy Mary Institute of Science and Technology, Bogaram, Keesara.

Vijaya Sarada Reddy has conducted a lesson on these aspects as part of social responsibility to create a better society and wonderful human beings. She had lectured non-stop for 1 hour and 10 minutes on how to get into Alpha Mind Power through practical examples, activities, music and interactive sessions. The students really learnt as to how to live in the present and observe everything without judgement.

A Vijaya Sarada Reddy for the successful accomplishment of the Second Guinness World Record. The earlier record was for 250 participants and Vijaya Sarada Reddy broke this record with 400 participants this time. The event began at 11.30 am on Monday, where the participants were issued badge numbers from 1 to 400 and they signed against their names in the register.

Every 50 participants were made to sit an enclosure and a steward was in-charge to make sure that the participants were actually following and participating actively in the lesson. When all the 400 participants entered the auditorium, Squadron Leader Jayasimha, the Guinness World Record Judge, read out the instructions.

Thereafter, A Vijaya Sarada Reddy conducted the largest mindfulness lesson. The lesson was also seen on the big LED Screen for all the participants. A Vara Prasada Reddy, the chairman of Holy Mary and Nalanda Group of Institutions, was present as the chief guest and congratulated Vijaya Sarada Reddy.
