Kukatpally: On Tuesday the students from Andhra Pradesh conducted a dharna at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH). The court has given an order saying the correspondence courses have no value and it is not valid.

The students who have completed their B. Tech degree are waiting for jobs in the private and government sectors. Students who completed their engineering from JNTUH were upset with the court orders.

JNTU is one of the well-known university and from 1983 to 2009 there were correspondence courses. The government said there was no problem in selecting the engineering courses done through correspondence till now. About more than one lakh students have completed engineering through JNTU and joined in different government jobs.

However, some of them who have been completed the courses approached the court as JNTUH have not given valid certificates through correspondence. These students who approached the court are worried about the court orders.
