Industries Minister K. Tarakarama Rao, who is leading a delegation from Telangana to World Economic Forum, Davos, attended the Opening Plenary of WEF today morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has addressed this session, which was hosted by Klaus Schwab, Chairman of WEF. 

Hyderabad : Industries Minister K. Tarakarama Rao, who is leading a delegation from Telangana to World Economic Forum, Davos, attended the Opening Plenary of WEF today morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has addressed this session, which was hosted by Klaus Schwab, Chairman of WEF.

Rama Rao interacted with several business leaders from across the globe at the session. He also met AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh, and Mukesh Ambani who are also attending WEF.

The Minister is scheduled to speak at few sessions during the next three days. On 25th January, KTR will participate in the discussion titled Leveraging Digital to Deliver Value to Society. On the same day, the Minister will also participate in the Round Table titled “Promoting Design in India” organized by DIPP.

The other participants include Union Minister of Industry and Commerce Suresh Prabhu and DIPP Secretary Ramesh Abhishek. On January 26, KTR will speak at the session titled Global Tech, Local Solutions: Artificial Intelligence.

The Telangana delegation led by Minister KTR is slated to meet several high profile investors and business leaders in the next three days on the sidelines of WEF, Davos.
