Necklace Road: GHMC Commissioner Dr B Janardhan Reddy directed the officials to appoint attendants at She-Toilets, which were arranged in the city recently. He made a surprise visit to a She-Toilet at the NTR Gardens in Necklace road. He observed that there was no attendant there. He told the medical officers to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the toilets apart from providing adequate water.
