Addressing the function, he described Bose as an inspirer of youth with his participation in the freedom struggle and against the British.
Prasad said the country would be indebted to Bose for his invaluable services, after paying glowing tributes. Among those present were Koteswar Rao, Ravi Goud, Narsimha Rao, Pavan, Vivek, Maqsood, Mahesh, Raju, Sridhar.
