Two women tied to poll, thrashed for stealing sarees in Shamirpet

Two women were tied to a poll and thrashed for stealing sarees in Medchal district.The incident took place in Shamirpet when the two women were caught by a shop owner for stealing sarees.

The shop owner asked the salesgirl to check them thoroughly and found that one of the women was hiding 10 sarees.

Following this, the shop owner tied them to a poll and informed other shop owners. The women were thrashed by the shop owners who alleged that they had committed similar thefts in their shops too.

The police arrived on the spot and took them into their custody.The CCTV footage was also collected from the shop.
