Hyderabad: The Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) decided to form a committee of 200 members to oversee the arrangements for the first public meeting to mark the political party’s name announcement.

According to sources, the JAC leaders decided to form an organising committee with 200 members by including important leaders of the organisation. The Committee would take up arrangements for the public meeting to mark the announcement of political party.

The Committee would finalise the date of the public meeting and other arrangements, JAC leader said. The JAC leaders also decided to send post cards to the Chief Minister. The unemployed youth would send post cards to the Chief Minister on February 22 and 23 demanding filling up of vacant posts in various government departments, JAC leader said.

The JAC would also organise meetings with the farmers in the name of ‘Rythu Sadassulu’ during the month end. The JAC leaders would visit the market yards in districts and study the problems being faced by the farmers. They would later submit a memorandum to the District Collectors on the problems of the farmers and take up meetings with the farmers.

TJAC Chairman Prof M Kodandaram would not be there in the State for the next ten days. Kodandaram would be attending his niece’s wedding in America. The entire process would be completed before his arrival, he said.
