Bhadrachalam recorded the day’s highest maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius on Monday, even as Adilabad, Nizamabad and Ramagundam peaked to 37 degrees Celsius each, according to the Met department bulletin. The other day temperatures in the State were: Mahbubnagar and Medak 36 each, Hanamkonda and Khammam 35 each, Hyderabad 33, Hakimpet and Nalgonda 32 each.

Hyderabad: Bhadrachalam recorded the day’s highest maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius on Monday, even as Adilabad, Nizamabad and Ramagundam peaked to 37 degrees Celsius each, according to the Met department bulletin. The other day temperatures in the State were: Mahbubnagar and Medak 36 each, Hanamkonda and Khammam 35 each, Hyderabad 33, Hakimpet and Nalgonda 32 each.

The bulletin said there was an appreciable fall in the night temperatures ranging from 2.1 to 4 degrees Celsius at one or two places and a marked rise by 4.1 degrees Celsius or more at one or two places. The lowest minimum temperature of 13 degrees Celsius was recorded in Medak.

The other night temperatures in the State were: Adilabad, Hyderabad and Ramagundam 16 degree Celsius each, Hanamkonda and Mahbubnagar 17 each, Hakimpet and Nizamabad 19 each, Bhadrachalam 21, Khammam and Nalgonda 22 each.

According to the forecast, dry weather is likely to prevail in the State from February 27 to March 3. No large change during the subsequent three days is the weather outlook.
