Hyderabad: Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan thanked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for extending his support to grant Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing media at the JSP party office here on Sunday, he said KCR remarks asking the center to make its stand clear whether it wanted to give SCS to AP or not, reflect the unity of Telugu people." And, it is a great morale booster for people like him fighting for SCS for AP," he added.
He said there were no differences among Telugu people. If TS support SCS to AP, people there will support creating separate High Court for Telangana. If TS gives its support to Railway Zone for Visakhapatnam, people in AP will support the issue of Bayyaram in TS. Growing restlessness among people on the issue of SCS to AP has been driving them to come onto the roads, he said.
