Women must shoulder greater responsibilities: Governor

Hyderabad : On the occasion of International Women's Day, Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan has conveyed his best wishes to the women of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States.

“Women in our country have always played great role in the nation building and in maintaining national integrity, peace and harmony and have always been an inspiration to the society. In our society, women undisputedly play a central role in the family tradition and now in nation building. They shoulder greater responsibilities with forbearance, which is a God given gift to them," the Governor said in his message.
