KCR to emulate Modi in national politics
IT Minister K. Tarakarama Rao said that his father and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao would enter the national politics by presenting \'Telangana Model\' just the way Prime Minister Narender Modi presented \'Gujarat Model\'.
Hyderabad : IT Minister K. Tarakarama Rao said that his father and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao would enter the national politics by presenting 'Telangana Model' just the way Prime Minister Narender Modi presented 'Gujarat Model'.
In an informal chat with media persons in Assembly lobby on Thursday, KTR expressed confidence that the agenda to be presented by KCR would eventually become national agenda. He said the results of by-elections in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar echoes the views of KCR. He said there was a need to change the ceremonial political system at the national level. He said the defeat of BJP and Congress candidates clearly show that people were inclined towards regional parties like SP and BSP.
Defending the suspension of Congress legislators, KTR said there was no public response to the decision. He said people knew that Congress leaders have been struggling only to get power and they were not concerned about people's issues. He also defended the ruckus created by Harish Rao in erstwhile united AP Assembly and said his actions were reflective of people's sentiments.
