Suspension of few Congress leaders may be revoked
Revocation of the suspension of a few senior Congress legislators from the Assembly is under consideration before the Telangana government. In view of the presentation of the Budget-2018-19 proposals by Finance Minister Eatala Rajender on Thursday, the government is contemplating to revoke suspension of three seniormost Congress leaders.

All the Congress legislators were suspended from the House for the entire budget session for creating pandemonium in the House during Governor ESL Narasimhan’s address to the joint session on Tuesday.
Sources said CLP leader K Jana Reddy and Deputy CLP leaders J Geeta Reddy and T Jeevan Reddy’s names were shortlisted for the revocation of the suspension. A decision on it is likely to be taken by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao by Thursday morning and would be communicated to the members thereafter.
The government is of the view that the absence of the main Opposition during the presentation of the budget proposals in the House may send a wrong signal among the people. The presence of the main Opposition leader and other seniors from the Congress will help create a good impression. However, the Chief Minister will take a final call before the session resumed in the morning.
