Wi-Fi facility extended to 45 railway stations with rural background

Hyderabad : Following directions from the Railway Board, the South Central Railway has provided Wi-Fi facility at 45 Rural Railway Stations having rural background. These include 7 ‘D’ Category stations, 35 ‘E’ Category stations and 3 ‘F’ category stations over the Zone.

SCR General Manager Vinod Kumar Yadav congratulated Principal Chief Signal & Telecommunications Engineer Vinay Mohan Srivastava, Divisional Railway Managers of concerned divisions and all the officials and staff of Signal and Telecommunications Department for achieving the target in close coordination with Rail Tel Corporation Ltd., in the stipulated time frame.
