Hyderabad: B S Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai, is one of the four Indian universities which have been awarded an “Overall 4 Star Rating” by QS, a global ranking agency for Universities.

Very few universities across the globe were awarded “Overall 4 Star Rating” (Maximum: 5 Star). Out of the eight parameters, Crescent has bagged “5 Stars” in four categories viz., teaching, employability, facilities and inclusiveness.

QS says, “A typical four-star university is highly international, demonstrating excellence in both research and teaching. The institution provides an excellent environment for students and faculty”. Earlier, Crescent was accredited by NAAC with “A” Grade and 16 + 4 of its programmes are accredited by NBA under Tier – I format, under Washington Accord.
