Responding to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s remarks at the 17th Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in Hyderabad, TPCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy said that KCR should remember that Congress had brought Telangana.

He added that if they hadn't fought for Telangana, there would have been no TPCC.

Uttam Kumar went on to say that KCR is the Chief Minister, who has been working in favor of Andhras and is cheating the people of the state wearing Telangana mask.

KCR took a dig at the Bus Yatra undertaken by Congress leaders led by N Uttam Kumar Reddy stating that they have been spreading lies against the TRS government.

The Chief Minister went on to criticise Uttam Kumar became the chief of state Congress as Telangana state came into being and challenged the TPCC chief to prove the allegation that he was leading a luxurious life by constructing 150 rooms in Pragathi Bhavan.
